Disengage The Simulator

I have been neglecting my blog but I will try to get back into the swing of things. And theres no better way of doing that than by going on a spending spree. Over the last couple days ive picked up quite a few movies. First off from Amazon.com I got the Sleepaway Camp Boxset, Halloween: The Curse Of Micheal Myers, and Jason X.

I know I got probably 2 of the worst movies from the series but so what i needed to complete the collection. As soon as I completed my Halloween Collection I noticed a Halloween 30th Anniversary Boxset is being released by Anchor Bay. The only Problem with that however is that Anchor Bay only has the rights to Halloween1,4, and 5. So this boxset only includes those movies and the 25 Years Of Terror Bonus Disc. And as far as Friday The 13th Series I’m curious to see this remake or whatever it is that is coming out next year. The reason I say remake or whatever is because in the original Friday The 13th is wasn’t Jason doing the killing it was Jasons mother Pamela. And since Rob Zombie isn’t doing it maybe it wont be bad but hey the Black Christmas and Prom Night remakes were terrible compared to the originals so the track record isn’t looking to good.

Then last night I was in Wal-Mart and all i can say is I love the month of October because all store start stocking obscure horror movies which they would normally not have. I picked up The Tomb by HP Lovecraft, The Mad, Buried Alive, Five Across The Eyes, and Knock Knock. I just watched Knock Knock tonight and I might start working on a review for that or not. It might be cool to review a horror movie each day until Halloween.
